Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, etc.): 2 to 4 working days.

Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3 to 6 working days.

Shipping Charges: We offer FREE Shipping on all orders above Rs. 3,000. For orders below this amount, a standard delivery fee of Rs. 250 applies.

Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/Email to monitor your delivery status.

Cash on Delivery (COD): For your convenience, Cash on Delivery is available all across Pakistan.

Return & Refund Policy

Easy 7-Day Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or if there is any issue with your bag, we are here to help!

7-Day Window: You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

Conditions for Return/Exchange

The bag must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Damaged or Wrong Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect bag, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of delivery with pictures/videos. We will replace it at no extra cost to you.

How to Start a Return: Simply contact our customer support team via WhatsApp or Email with your Order ID, and we will guide you through the simple process.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned bag, your refund will be processed via Bank Transfer or JazzCash/EasyPaisa within 5 working days. (Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable).
